JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Supports the execution of maintenance work by receiving, planning, estimating scheduling and coordination of maintenance work orders
  • Planning work orders, screening each work notifications
  • SAP CMMS entrees, equipment history and cost
  • Material requisitions and confirmations, procurement of necessary materials
  • Maintaining PM KPIs
  • Plan work loads on daily, weekly, monthly basis, or as required
  • Assist Maintenance supervisor and MRO lead
  • Meet all safety requirements
  • Train new employees in CMMS system
  • Must be willing to be assigned to any shift and applicant can state shift preference on application
  • Confirming goods and services
  • SAP/ INFOR entrees
  • Maintain a Strong Financial Control Environment which includes Sox Control Compliance
  • Ownership of stock room and Planning/Scheduling KPIs
  • Assist Maintenance supervisor in PM schedules
  • Supports generating, updating and delegating work order to EMTs
  • Ensures integrity of data entered into INFOR/SAP
  • Supports parts kitting for PM execution
  • All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with CMMS
  • 3 years' experience in Planning
  • Experience in processing equipment
  • Good communication skills with maintenance mechanics' and other personnel
  • Word, Excel, power point, outlook and record keeping
  • Must be able to obtain forklift certification
  • Lifting up to 45 pounds
  • Expected salary range is $55,400-$73,900
  • Overtime eligible
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
