Job Description

At Community Living, Inc. the Center Manager oversees daily operations of our Day Habilitation program, ensuring engaging experiences for participants both on site and in the community. This role leads and supports staff through hiring, training, and development while coordinating individual plans to meet each participant’s needs. If you’re a strong leader who enjoys making a positive impact, this is a great opportunity to grow with a mission-driven team.Schedule: Full Time 40 hours/week Monday through Friday 8am-4pm with potential for before and aftercarePay Rate: $24.25/hrWhat We’re Looking For:We’re looking for someone who enjoys teaching, developing others, and bringing creativity to daily programming. Ideal candidates may have experience as a teacher, trainer, or program coordinator, especially in education, recreation, or human services.Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of our center while guiding both participants and staff toward success.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of dedicated staff.
  • Develop engaging, person-centered learning opportunities both on-site and out in the community.
  • Support each participant’s individual goals through hands-on teaching, coaching, and individualized planning.
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
  • Oversee facility operations, budgets, and compliance.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Two years of experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Someone who thrives in a team-focused, people-centered environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet background check requirements.
