Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Certified Dental Assistant. In this position you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our established practice while providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist dentist during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and provide chairside assistance as needed.
- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and privacy standards.
- Collaborate with the dental team members to facilitate treatment planning.
- Support clinical department with tasks such as inventory management and equipment maintenance.
- Schedule appointments.
- Take and record vital signs of patients
- Perform medical imaging tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree or certification in dental assisting preferred.
- Previous experience in dental assisting is a must
- Radiology certificate.
- Proficiency in Open Dental practice management software.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of Itero, CBCT, Invisalign is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Yearly Wage: Between $39,905.28 - $62,352.00 based on hours and hourly wage

Expected hours: 32-40 per week
