Job Description
GuildCare, an innovative community-based Adult Day Health Care Program, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant/Activities Assistant to work with a multidisciplinary team providing services to adults with health care needs and vision impairments in its Buffalo location.
Must be a NYS Certified Nursing Assistant. Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably in Long Term Care. Community Health or an Adult Day Health Care setting. You will assist registrants with transfers/ambulation, personal care, meals serving /clean up and activities. Transport registrants to/from the program space, attend staff and care plan meetings. Work with an interdisciplinary team. Experience in assisting the elderly and/or disabled preferred. Work Schedule 8am to 4:00 pm.
