Job Summary:

The CNA/CHHA provides clients with various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with their established plan of care within the client's home.

Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:

Housekeeping
Meal preparation
Transportation
Companionship
Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)
Memory Care
Care coordination for clients with degenerative conditions
Communicate professionally with families and your team

Qualifications:

Ability to pass a background screening
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance, along with a clean driving record
Prior home care experience is a plus
Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
