Position Summary: Provides direct personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents under nurse supervision. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility. Observe and report changes in residents' condition. Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents. Follow infection control and safety procedures. Support residents' emotional and social well-being. Qualifications and Licensing Requirements: Active Iowa CNA certification required. Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor. Ability to work flexible shifts.
