Responsibilities:
- Must have a CNA certificate
- Provide residents with routine quality care
- Make beds, dress and assist with residents' meals
- Must be able to relate to and work with ill and elderly
- Must possess a sincere desire to serve the elderly, be patient and polite
- Review and follow each care plan and determine any changes in residents health
- Must be fully vaccinated and boosted
- Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
