Talent Consultants is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to patients in their daily activities and assist nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include helping patients with personal hygiene, mobility, and essential daily tasks while ensuring their comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Help patients with mobility, including transferring and walking as needed.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, and respiration.
  • Support patients with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to provide updates on patient progress and changes in condition.
  • Assist nursing staff with administrative tasks and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a nursing assistant or patient care role preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide compassionate patient care.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Ability to follow directions and maintain professionalism in a healthcare setting.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
