Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Full-Time & Part-Time | Vineyard Post Acute - Petaluma, CA
Pay: $50-$55 per hour (DOE)

Position Summary
The COTA supports the Occupational Therapist in delivering high-quality, individualized therapy services to help residents achieve optimal functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment as directed by the Occupational Therapist in accordance with the care plan
Document daily treatment notes, weekly progress updates, and recertification documentation per OT Board requirements
Assist with training Restorative Aides
Communicate patient progress and concerns with the OT, nursing team, and other healthcare staff
Educate families, caregivers, and nursing staff on home programs and discharge planning
Assist in maintaining the treatment area and reporting equipment issues
Participate in staff in-services and facility education programs
What We're Looking For
Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Positive, patient-focused attitude
