Join our dedicated therapy team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at The Pearl at Kruse Way in Lake Oswego, OR.
- Large therapy gym with full equipment & functional kitchen for ADLs.
- Collaborative therapy team: 5 PT/PTA, 3 OT/OTA, 1 SLP

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans under OT supervision
- Communicate with patients, families, and care team
- Document care per facility and insurance requirements
- Participate in department operations and professional development
- Report changes in patient status promptly to supervising therapist
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current, unencumbered COTA license in Oregon
CPR certification required
Knowledge of Medicare and other payers
Strong communication skills; able to multitask and maintain professionalism
Commitment to resident rights and quality care
- Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English.
- CPR certification
