Be on call weekends and hoildays at least 4 to 5 times a year.
Train caregivers in the clients home.
Fill in to work with clients when needed.
Conduct supervised and unsupervised visits with clients twice a month to ensure client and caregiver are doing well.
Give constructive feedback to caregivers when necessary.
Problem solve issues in the home.
