Job Site Inspections:
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
- Identify and address any issues that may impact project timelines or quality.

Punch List Tasks:
- Perform minor punch list tasks to ensure project completion meets quality standards.
- Address any remaining issues or final touches required before project handover.

Material Management:
- Coordinate and run materials to job sites as needed, ensuring timely delivery and availability.
- Manage inventory levels and report any shortages or excesses.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all work performed meets company standards and client expectations.
- Conduct final inspections and sign-offs on completed work.

Handyman Scopes:
- Execute small handyman-type tasks and repairs as required on various projects.
- Provide flexible, on-the-spot solutions to minor issues arising during construction.

Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate effectively with the Construction Manager regarding project status, issues, and resolutions.

Safety Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols on all job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions as necessary.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of job site activities, inspections, and any issues encountered.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the Construction Manager.
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Capability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around construction sites for extended periods.
