Job Description

Job Title: Adjunct Faculty - Nursing - ICU Clinical

Posting End Date:  August 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM (MDT)

Position Start Date: August 25, 2025

Required Degree: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree In Nursing. Master’s Degree preferred. RN License in the State of Utah.

The required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience: At least three years’ nursing experience.

Duties/Expectations: 

  • Supervise, support, mentor, and debrief undergraduate nursing students at a clinical site in Utah County.
  • This position includes time spent at a clinical site as well as grading clinical assignments and other responsibilities as determined by the course coordinator.
  • Clinical shifts are generally 6-12 hours and last 10-12 weeks during the semester.
  • This position is not responsible for teaching specialized clinical content; that will be covered in the related didactic courses.
