Job Description
What you will do:
- Create, execute, and analyze digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Creation of digital content (photos, video, website, copy, etc.)
- Manage active social media presence including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Work with management to develop business strategies and marketing objectives.
- Continuously analyze sales data stemming from the marketing efforts to adjust for changing business needs.
- Work efficiently within a marketing budget to drive long and short-term planning
- Leverage manufacturer co-op programs to maximize available marketing dollars.
- Ability to analyze, recommend, and implement marketing opportunities.
- Manage online reputation by monitoring review sites and handling issues as they occur.
- Minimum of 4 years marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business (preferred)
- Outstanding writing and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, and customers where applicable
- Well-versed in WordPress, SalesForce.com, and PowerPoint
- A great communicator who loves to collaborate with his/her peers
- A strong believer in company culture and living the core values that drive it
- Always on time and prepared
