Job Description

Beverly's is the crown jewel of The Coeur d'Alene Resort. A fine dining destination known for Northwest flavors, an award-winning wine cellar, and sweeping lake views. We're looking for a skilled Line Cook who thrives in a high-caliber kitchen and takes pride in delivering exceptional dishes every time.

This role is perfect for someone with strong culinary fundamentals, sharp attention to detail, and a commitment to consistency in both flavor and presentation.

Job Basics:

  • Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
  • Schedule: Full-time; evenings, weekends, and holidays required
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a fine dining or upscale kitchen; culinary degree preferred


In This Role, You Will:

  • Keep timing and execution tight on line
  • Prep stations, manage setup, and keep your space clean and organized
  • Help maintain kitchen standards
  • Collaborate on plating, specials, and menu ideas
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and daily prep lists
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures without exception

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Calm, focused presence during high-volume service
  • High personal standards for quality, cleanliness, and consistency
