Beverly's is the crown jewel of The Coeur d'Alene Resort. A fine dining destination known for Northwest flavors, an award-winning wine cellar, and sweeping lake views. We're looking for a skilled Line Cook who thrives in a high-caliber kitchen and takes pride in delivering exceptional dishes every time.
This role is perfect for someone with strong culinary fundamentals, sharp attention to detail, and a commitment to consistency in both flavor and presentation.
Job Basics:
- Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
- Schedule: Full-time; evenings, weekends, and holidays required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a fine dining or upscale kitchen; culinary degree preferred
In This Role, You Will:
- Keep timing and execution tight on line
- Prep stations, manage setup, and keep your space clean and organized
- Help maintain kitchen standards
- Collaborate on plating, specials, and menu ideas
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and daily prep lists
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures without exception

- Proficiency in sautéing, grilling, roasting, and plating at a fine dining level
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Calm, focused presence during high-volume service
- High personal standards for quality, cleanliness, and consistency
- A passion for food and a desire to grow within a respected culinary program
