We're a community-focused pediatric clinic in Central Virginia, proudly offering early intervention and outpatient therapy to children from 6 months to 21 years old .
We've grown through passion, teamwork, and dedication—and now we're growing again!
What You'll Do:
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you'll:
Evaluate & treat children with fine motor, ADL, and sensory processing needs
Create individualized, age-appropriate treatment plans & goals (IFSPs)
Use playful, evidence-based approaches to support development
Track progress with daily notes and regular family updates
Work across both clinic-based settings and early intervention
Collaborate with a supportive, fun-loving therapy team
Minimum Qualification:
A licensed OT/R or COTA (new grads with pediatric rotations encouraged to apply!)
Curious, compassionate, and serious about being silly when needed
Familiar with sensory integration and neurodiversity (Autism, SPD, etc.)
Skilled at building connections with kids, families, and teammates
Comfortable with documentation, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
