Join Child Prodigy North inLee's Summit, MOas an Assistant Director! We’re seeking a passionate early childhood professional to help lead ourcenter. If you love working with children, supporting teachers, and creating a positive learning environment, this is the perfect leadership opportunity!
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, rotating schedule based on centers needs
Compensation: $18 - $21/hour, based on education and experience

Your Role as Assistant Director:
As the Assistant Director, you’ll partner with the Center Director to ensure smooth operations and exceptional quality in our early learning program.Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting teachers with curriculum planning and classroom organization
- Ensuring compliance with state licensing and safety standards
- Assisting with enrollment, family communication, and tours
- Promoting a positive, professional environment for staff and families
- Encouraging teamwork, creativity, and excellence
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field. MUST be MO Director Qualified for 100 plus children.
- Previous leadership experience in a licensed childcare setting
