Experienced Childcare Floater (Part or Full Time) | High Point
We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic experienced Floater Teacher to join our team. As a Childcare Floater, you will play a vital role in assisting teachers in the classroom and/or shutting down classrooms.
Pay rate starting at $15 per hour
Pay rate is determined by relevant education and experience. Candidates with EDU 119 to an associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field may be paid mid-range. Candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field and applicable experience may be paid at the higher end of the range.

Floater Teacher Duties:
- Assists in supervising children to ensure safety.
- Builds relationships with the children through active play.
- Light classroom cleaning duties.
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
- Support children's social and emotional development.
