Now Hiring: Industrial Chimney Construction Foreman – Nationwide Travel | Based in Cheshire, CT

STRUCTURAL, a recognized leader in concrete repair and infrastructure restoration, is seeking an Industrial Foreman with a strong background in chimney or high-elevation industrial work. This is a hands-on leadership role with 100% travel to major job sites across the U.S. and offers an opportunity to work on some of the nation’s most challenging and high-profile restoration project. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage industrial field crews on projects like chimney restoration, concrete repair, masonry repair, and structural reinforcement

• Supervise all work on-site to ensure quality, safety, and productivity

• Review drawings, plan daily work activities, and track progress

• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment on-site

• Ensure team compliance with strict safety procedures—especially at height

What We’re Looking For:

• 100% travel to nationwide project sites (per diem & lodging provided)

• Comfortable working at elevations of up to 1000 ft.

• 5+ years in construction, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervision role

• Experience leading crews of up to 10 technicians

• Familiar with reading blueprints and executing to technical specs

• Strong commitment to safety and quality

• TWIC card (or ability to obtain one)
