• Active Release Technique (ART)
• Graston
• Post-Isometric Relaxation
• Doctor-Assisted Stretching
• McKenzie Method
• Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)
• Webster Technique (a plus for pelvic floor patients, not mandatory)
