Talent Consultants is seeking a friendly and efficient Chiropractor Front Office Assistant to join our client's team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, overseeing patient records, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, an ability to multitask, and a passion for supporting patient care in a chiropractic practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients as they arrive, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage scheduling for patient appointments, including rescheduling and cancellations.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and office policies.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Process patient payments and assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries.
  • Coordinate communication between patients and the chiropractic team, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Assist with the management of office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative duties to support office efficiency as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a front office or administrative role, especially in a Chiropractor environment
  • Knowledge of Chirotouch
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with practice management software.
  • Ability to handle patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
