What will you do?
In this position, you will join our Water Utilities team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality civil engineering solutions for municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will work alongside senior engineers and designers, supporting the planning and design of projects while developing your technical skills and professional expertise.
- Support civil design for municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plants.
- Contribute to design development using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables.
- Assist in applying hydraulic engineering principles to pipeline and pumping systems.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, contributing to clear communication and alignment across project activities.
- Learn from and be mentored by senior engineers and designers, with opportunities to grow into a design lead role in the future.
What can you bring to the team?
Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 4 years' experience working on the design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, and/or treatment plants
- Experience with design software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Expertise in networks design and pumping systems (water & wastewater)
- Solid understanding of hydraulic engineering for open channel and closed conduit systems
