Class A CDL Regional Driver- Home Weekly- NIGHT Driving Required
Location: Within 50 miles of Front Royal VA, Within 25 miles of Cincinnati OH, Within 25 miles of Louisville KY, Within 30 miles of Cleveland OH, Within 20 miles of Harrisburg PA, Within 25 miles of Suffolk VA, Within 15 miles of Jersey City NJ, VA
Job Overview:
Join our team for a rewarding driving experience with no-touch freight, primarily consisting of refrigerated loads. Drivers will deliver exclusively to warehouses, with all loads beginning and ending in Front Royal, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport loads to and from warehouses.
- Return empty trailers or pick up backhaul loads from customer warehouses.
- Ensure safe and secure parking for your tractor/trailer near your home.
- Drive primarily at night.
Home Time:
We prioritize getting our drivers home weekly, with a guarantee of being home at least every other weekend for a 34-hour reset.
Facilities and Support:
- Onsite mechanic shop.
- Dedicated driver manager personnel.
- Shower facilities available.
- Food and shopping options nearby.
Requirements:
- Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days of hire.
- Drivers may operate in the following states: MA, CT, NY (Albany and Syracuse- Backhauls out of Buffalo), NJ, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, OH, IN, and KY.
Compensation:
- Average weekly pay of $1500 gross.
- Detention pay of $20 per hour after 2 hours on backhauls only (no detention pay for outbound loads).
- Hazmat loads compensated at $75.
- Safe and on-time bonus of up to 3 additional CPM.
- 5-day mentor pay of $150 per day.
