Job Description
POSITION DETAILS
- Starting Pay: $0.35 CPM during training, advancing to full OTR pay rates
- Paid Training: $75 per day during mentor training (minimum 10 days)
- $100 food stipend during 7-day onboarding class
- Average Weekly Pay after upgrade: $1,300 - $1,400+ (2,600 - 2,800 miles/week)
- Home Time: 7-14 days out depending on domicile location
- Full 34-hour reset every Sunday
- 70% Drop & Hook freight - more miles for you
- Dry Van- No Touch freight
- Dedicated customer base - loads planned 24-72 hours in advance
- Late-model, well-maintained equipment (Sleepers- 100% Automatic)
- 24/7 Office & Maintenance Support
- Weekly settlements via direct deposit
TRAINING PROGRAM
- 7-day onboarding class at company headquarters
- Skills evaluation and additional training if needed
- Paired with experienced mentor after onboarding
- Minimum 10 days mentor training ($75/day paid)
- Upgraded to 1st Seat OTR position once approved by Safety
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card
- Must have graduated from a verifiable Truck Driving School (TDS) within the last 12 months
- Must be at least 21 years old
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- Must be willing to travel to company headquarters for onboarding
