Cat Shuttle Drive
$25 - $28 Per Hour Depending on Shift Selected
Miles
- N/A – Local shuttle
Schedule
- 1st shift: Monday–Friday 0600–1600 (some weekend work required on occasion)
- 3rd shift: Need 1 driver Sunday–Thursday and another Thursday–Monday 2200–0600
- Hours may vary based on plant needs
Home Time
- Home daily
Equipment Types
- 2016–2023 Kenworth; step decks primarily; occasional double drops
- 1st shift drivers may also pull dry vans depending on comfort level
Bonus
- New Hire Transition Bonus: $500 — paid in full on second paycheck
- $3,000 Referral Bonus: $1,000 on second paycheck; $1,000 at 60 days; $1,000 at 120 days
Requirements
- 1 year experience with 6 months verified flatbed in the last 3 years
- 6 months of securement training, including chains and binders
- Strapping experience required
- Chain and binder securement training preferred
- Must be available to work weekends
