Now Hiring: Clean & Prep Operative Sr (1st Shift)
Location: Anderson, SC
Position Pay Range: $18.25- $23.44/hour
What You'll Do:
Prepare metal parts for painting and coating using proper cleaning methods
️ Use Tools like grinders and sanders to clean and prep surfaces
Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, and paint readiness
Follow Safety and quality standards to ensure high-quality production
Teamwork in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
Train new Clean & Prep Operators to ensure consistency and safety
Read Blueprints as part of the packing and shipping process
Position Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
Previous manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)
Willingness to be trained in Quality & Safety, Hand-Held Gauges, Rust Prevention, Weld Characteristics, and Final Inspection
Can read and follow directions, interpret blueprints, and operate basic machinery
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
Able to follow Job-Specific Standard Work Instructions and complete Job Safety Analysis
Pulmonary Function Test required for roles using an air-supplied hood
