Job Description
What does the role look like?
As a Client Relationship Manager at Urva Prep Center, you'll be responsible for overseeing all of our active clients of our warehouse, and ensuring that they are all satisfied with the service that we are offering them.
You'll be doing the following tasks:
- Answer client support tickets, and addressing any concerns that they may have.
- Conducting onboarding meetings with new clients and showing them how to use our software, and what to expect from our warehouse.
- Cold calling potential clients and seeing if they may be interested in our services.
- Conducting monthly account reviews on our largest clients and reaching out to them if their volume has decreased.
- Ensure clients are updated about delays or operational events.
- Coordinate special projects between the clients and the warehouse manager (big inbound shipments and special process shipments).
8 Hour Shifts
- 7:00am-3:00pm
