Job Description
Are you passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Join our team as a Client Service Representative, where you'll play a vital role in supporting hospital in-patients and delivering exceptional service through medical product sales, custom fittings, and patient support.
What You'll Do
Provide personalized service to patients by identifying healthcare needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
Manage inventory and showroom presentation, ensuring stock levels are maintained and displays are neat and organized.
Perform accurate data entry for patient demographics, insurance verification, and sales/rental transactions.
Handle payments, generate receipts, and balance cash with precision.
Conduct custom fittings for mastectomy products, orthopedic supports, and compression hosiery (certification required or obtainable).
Educate customers and healthcare professionals on product use across all lines.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in healthcare or medical retail preferred.
Strong communication and typing skills; familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
Comfortable using EPIC, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and other healthcare software systems.
Certification in compression hosiery and mastectomy products preferred (or obtained within 5 years).
Physical & Mental Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and fine hand-eye coordination.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Comfortable working in a healthcare setting with occasional exposure to medical environments.
