Client Services Intern
Cartier | Coral Gables, FL
MAIN PURPOSE:
The CRM Intern will play a vital role in supporting the CRM activities for Cartier in the South American market. This position will assist the CRM manager in implementing CRM strategies and activations, support client treatments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Support for Client Strategy
- Assists the CRM Manager in the market strategy implementation.
- Manage the shipping and tracking of all departmental packages using FedEx, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Support the consolidation of orders from Cartier LAC (Latin America & Caribbean), boutiques, and specialists for CRM tools, such as client gifts, greeting cards.
- Maintain organized records of CRM gifts shipments and budget
CRM Activations and Client treatments
- Provide support in the coordination of CRM activations, including client events, and exclusive experiences.
- Assist in the distribution of invitations, managing RSVP tracking and follow-up communications.
- Support the team in the execution of client treatments, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
- Invoicing submission and tracking
Internal Communications
- Assist in the creation and updating of presentations for meetings such as Ambassador programs, and Boutique seminars.
- Support the distribution of internal communications materials to relevant stakeholders
PROFILE
Education:
AA Degree required. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
Required experience:
0 - 1 years experience in a similar position.
0 - 1 years experience in an office work environment.
Technical skills / abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Word, Excel, and Powerpoint required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Portuguese a plus.
