About the Role
AO Globe Life is hiring Customer Success & Benefits Advisors to connect with union members, credit union members, and association clients across the U.S. This is a fully remote, client-facing role focused on helping families access personalized benefit solutions through virtual consultations.
All appointments are pre-scheduled—no cold calling or door-to-door selling required.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients
Assess financial needs and recommend supplemental coverage
Clearly explain benefit options and assist with enrollment
Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance
Provide ongoing support, including policy updates and claims assistance
Participate in training, team meetings, and development opportunities
What You Bring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service, sales, or consultative experience preferred
Comfortable using Zoom, Google Drive, and Windows-based systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Motivated, coachable, and proactive in a remote setting
Authorized to work in the United States
