What You’ll Do:
You’ll oversee our daily operations and lead a team of about 7 staff members, ensuring our key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, internal systems run smoothly, and our company culture thrives.

You’ll be responsible to:

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of “A Players”

• Track and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs—then drive action plans to improve them

• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all new staff

• Manage payroll, employee files, certifications, and clinic inventory

• Lead weekly staff meetings and monthly performance reviews

• Ensure company rituals, culture, and values are lived out daily

• Foster strong, lasting relationships with patients and partners

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience

• Strong analytical skills—able to connect daily actions to big-picture goals

• Highly organized and detail-oriented—without letting anything fall through the cracks

• Proactive problem-solver who thrives on ownership and follow-through

• Comfortable with hiring, training, and when necessary—firing

• Passion for team building, growth, and creating exceptional experiences
