Job Description

As our Boulder Clinical Director, you will oversee our Boulder programs which serve all levels of care from 0 to end of life, programs that include preventive focused, outpatient, intensive outpatient, and criminal justice. You will have a wide variety of work. You will be the face of the organization to the City of Boulder, Boulder Valley School District, and Boulder County where you will advocate for mental health services at a local level. You will provide and evaluate program budgets and collaborate with your program leaders to manage their operations.

Job Profile:

  • Do you have experience managing multiple, large programs?
  • Are you a community builder, face of the organization and advocate to community partners to support your team?
  • Have you managed budgets and strategic planning for the multiple programs you oversee?
  • Do you have experience managing and coaching professional, licensed clinical managers?
  • Are you a CO LCSW? While we will take other licenses, we need someone who is able to provide supervision and development of our LCSW therapists.

What We Need:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related area required, OR a related PhD or PsyD.
  • Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT) required.
  • Seven (7+) years prior experience providing direct services to diverse populations.
  • Three (3+) years management and clinical supervisory experience in mental health or closely related human services agency
  • Experience in community mental health, managed care, evidence-based practice approaches, Recovery philosophy, cultural competence and work with diverse populations preferred
