This includes overseeing the care provided to patients in their homes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards and leading a team of healthcare professionals.The Clinical Manager role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and deep knowledge of healthcare operations, particularly in home health care settings. Effective communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks, staff evaluations, compliance requirements, and patient care are essential for success in this position.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Axxess Workflow
  • Interviewing and Onboarding
  • Back -up Case Manager 
  • Alternate Administrator
  • Maintain Compliance with HIPAA and applicable Health Care Privacy Laws
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications 1. Current registered nursing license in good standing2. Current CPR certification3. Previous experience in home health care or a related healthcare management role.4. Knowledge of home health care regulations and accreditation standards.5. Experience in supervising and developing staff6. Experience utilizing an EMR7. Experience in an acute/chronic medical field with proven assessment skills8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills9. Strong organizational and time-management skills10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite11. Requires effective analytical and problem-solving skills12. May require some night and weekend hours to address issues that arise13. Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen14. Professional appearance required#UEWemployee
