Clinical Nursing Instructor - Career And Technical Education

Position Overview: Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Clinical Nursing Instructor to join our Health Related Occupations Program. The successful candidate will provide clinical instruction and supervision to students training for nursing careers, enhancing their hands-on skills and professional readiness. This position will be Monday-Thursday, from 8:20am-3:30pm. Key Responsibilities: Deliver clinical nursing instruction in accordance with program objectives. Guide students through supervised clinical experiences, ensuring safe practice and professional standards. Collaborate with faculty and program leadership to design and implement effective instructional plans and assessments. Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records. Uphold all regulatory and institutional policies related to clinical nursing education. Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. Demonstrated clinical nursing experience and the ability to instruct adult learners. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
