Job Description
Under the direction of the Sr. Respiratory Therapy Manager, the Assistant/Clinical Manager supports operational leadership in delivering high-quality respiratory therapy services. This role facilitates daily workflow, supervises frontline staff, promotes clinical excellence, and ensures compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in coaching team members, coordinating schedules, supporting onboarding and education, and stepping into decision-making roles as needed, particularly in the absence of the Sr. Manager.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in respiratory therapy.
- At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Science/Business/ or Relevant field to department operations
- Active RRT license by FL DOH
- Advanced Certification(ACCS or NPS or RPFT or CPFT or SDS or AE-C)
- BLS and ACLS
