Job Description

Lead a dynamic, passionate team of clinical staff!

Annual Salary starts at $92K+, 33 paid days off, and generous medical benefits!

Clinical supervisor provides daily oversight to therapists, bachelor's level and PRSS clinical staff to ensure fidelity of CCBHC model. Supervisor is responsible for data analysis, team meeting facilitation, information distribution, supporting and leading agency and department change, and daily office workflows to ensure effective, efficient access to client care. Population served: adults diagnosed with SMI, homeless and department of corrections re-entry program.

Clinical supervisor will provide daily oversight to therapists, bachelors level and PRSS clinical staff serving on the Reentry Intensive Care Coordination Team (RICCT), and Homeless Outreach Street Outreach Team (HOT street outreach). The HOT team focuses on consumers identified as homeless or in need of housing stability. Consumers in this population present with high needs and barriers to resources and services. These teams serve adult consumers, age 18 and older, that are diagnosed with a severe mental illness, substance use disorder, or co-occurring disorder. The teams will provide a combination of office and/or field-based services with potential transportation of clients using agency or personal vehicles as determined by needs of consumers and/or program. Clinical supervisor is responsible for daily office and community workflow to allow greatest access to services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure CCBHC model is implemented with attention to the unique models standards of care.
  • Ensure all core services and additional activities are offered to clients by team or allied department
  • Ensure care is delivered using an integrated team approach that will comprehensively address mental health needs, substance use disorders treatment needs and physical health needs
  • Implement important new elements to CCBHC model of care
  • Oversee care coordination services to enhance integration of and coordination of care between behavioral health and physical health care
  • Provide oversite for clients' physical health management and chronic disease care coordination
  • Assign program enrollees to designated team members by established criteria
  • Respond to client feedback, concerns, and grievances in a timely and amiable manner
  • Ensure telehealth and community-based services are made available, where necessary
  • Make outreach available to clients who are difficult to find and engage and especially ODMHSAS most in needs list
  • Analyze all CCBHC data including service utilization, quality measures, trigger reports, inpatient utilization, medication adherence, among others for program model fidelity
  • Work collaboratively with Program Director and other supervisors to promote cohesive team structure and excellent client care
  • Recruit, hire, supervise, onboard, develop, and evaluate team staff
  • Lead and facilitate integrated team meetings, team huddles and case conferences
  • Additional assignments as needed

Requirements

  • Master's degree required with 3-5 years clinical experience.
  • Licensed in LPC, LCSW, LADC-MH, or LMFT required.
  • Supervisory and program management experience is desirable.
  • Must posses a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.

Utilizing multi-disciplinary teams, staff work collaboratively to provide a coordinated effort to enhance client recovery. Robust CCBHC services often result in better client outcomes and quality of care due to:

  • Increased access to care and crisis services
  • Expanded traditional community mental health and substance use services.
  • Added Care Coordination and physical health screening for mental health clients
  • Greater access to Social Services for clients' economic and social needs
  • Increased specialized services for veterans, those most in need, and those impacted by the opioid crisis.
