Job Description

Hiring Range: $96,200.00 to $131,276.80

Pay Range: $96,200.00 to $149,115.20

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Clinical Supervisor - is responsible for the overall clinical quality and oversight of the clinical services provided, meeting regulatory and accreditation standards within the program and support staff in engaging customer-owners in the appropriate level of care.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Meet one of the following:

  • Master's in Behavioral Health field including; Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.

  • Graduate degree in behavior analysis, education, or psychology from an accredited university or college program OR graduate degree from an accredited university or college program AND completion of a Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) verified course sequence AND current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

  • Current Alaska Clinical Licensure in designated field.

  • Three (3) years of clinical experience post licensure in a multidisciplinary environment; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Clinician II at SCF.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO, and PALS as required for specialty and any certification relating to the scope of practice as required.

Native Preference:

Under P.L 93-638, as amended, the company pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting, training. SCF Human Resources must receive certification before applicants receive preference.

You are required to agree that you will comply with all job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to your first day of employment. Jobs designated as a Health Care Personnel (HCP) position, requires that you have documentation that you have completed the following immunizations prior to your first day of employment: MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Influenza, and T-dap (Tetanus- Diphtheria- Pertussis) and COVID-19 is required.
