Software Engineer IIFTE only, No C2CLocation: 4 days/week onsite in Merrifield, VA – Mosaic DistrictASCENDING Inc, is an Advanced AWS partner specializing in a variety of services and solutions surrounding Cloud Migrations, custom web app development, data analytics/big data and DevOps. We are currently looking for an Software Engineer II to join our consulting services group.The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a Software Engineering role working with any of the following languages; Python, Java and/or NodeJS. The ideal candidate will also have a willingness to learn and work with a variety of languages that depend on the particular client engagement. HeavyAWS experience will also be necessary for this role.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
- Experience in OOP with Python, Java and/or NodeJS
- Have Experience on setting up End to End Infrastructure on AWS.
- Have DevOp or micro Services on AWS is a big Plus!
- Heavy AWS experience(Certification Preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
