Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students about the importance of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. With a presence on over 3,500 campuses in all fifty states, Turning Point USA is one of the largest youth organizations in the country. Our primary focus is to identify, educate, train, and empower student activists to stand up for their values on all high school and college campuses. 

Job Description: Turning Point USA is seeking a highly skilled, professional, and motivated individual to assist in one of the nation's largest and most innovative political field operations. The Data Analytics Club America Administrator is assigned to a team in the field and works with the administrative staff in order to accomplish predetermined goals. This role will emphasize oversight of our strategic efforts within the High School Department. The role's focus will be to assist in our strategic efforts such as compiling data, crunching numbers, managing CRM databases, automating processes, and providing weekly and monthly goal updates. The strategic administrator will also be expected to work with the NFP Administrative Manager to develop new strategic initiatives for department-wide implementation.

SPECIFIC TASKS

  • Daily processing of large data sets for all activism, research, and recruitment of the High School Department.
  • Compile weekly national student contact data and upload to data platforms including Hubspot, AirTable, Google Workspace.
  • Develop and build new systems to measure growth and expansions within the department.
  • Processes and analyzes Chapter Incentive Program (CIP) results.
  • Log and track activism materials numerically for the High School Department.
  • Manage, and account for allocated donations for the High School Department.
