Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) & Nurses – Full-Time & Part-TimeBayberry Care Center 40 Keogh Ln, New Rochelle, NY 10805

Bayberry Care Center is currently seeking compassionate and reliable healthcare professionals to join our team. We are looking to fill multiple full-time and part-time positions. All applicants must have a completed profile prior to submission.Interviews are held Monday–Friday between 11:30 AM and 4:00 PM.

Open Positions

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

  • Full-Time (2 positions) – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Full-Time (1 position) – 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
  • Part-Time (1 position) – 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM

EVERYOTHER WEEKEND IS A REQUIREMENT

Hourly Rate: $23

Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday

Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Monitor and document patients' vital signs, reporting any abnormalities to the nursing staff.
  • Assist patients with mobility, including transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families to provide emotional support.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve care practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine compassion for patient care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of patient care procedures and safety standards.
