💰 Pay Rates:

PCA (Personal Care Aide): $15.00/hr
Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr
CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant): $16.50/hr ⭐ Earn a $0.50 raise after completing our paid training!

✅ To Join Our Team, You’ll Need:

A valid PCA or CNA certification
A respectful, caring attitude
Ability to follow a care plan and communicate clearly
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs
Comfort adapting to various home settings
Responsiveness via phone/email
Must pass a background check
