Job Description
Overview:
We’re hiring junior and experienced Machinists alike to help launch and lead our growing second shift operation in Knoxville. This is more than a job running parts, it’s an opportunity to shape the culture, quality, and craftsmanship of a small but highly capable team doing cutting-edge work in the fluid spraying and light technical equipment industry.
We’re looking for true machinists, people who can not only run the job, but understand the “why” behind it, troubleshoot creatively, and contribute to continuous improvement on the floor. You’ll work with a tight-knit team that values precision, autonomy, and mutual respect, led by shop managers with decades of experience and a proven track record of investing in their people.
If you’re wired for precision and driven to keep learning, this shop will give you room to grow, lead, and leave your mark.
