Estamos buscando ejecutivo de cuenta para uno de nuestros clientes mas grandes.
Nuestro ejecutivo tiene como misión asegurar el servicio 360 del cliente, realizando la administración del personal y seguimiento a las áreas con el fin de garantizar que se cumplan los acuerdos pactados.
Buscamos profesional en carreras administrativas con 5 años de experiencia coordinando de manera integral los procesos operativos y el personal de las cuentas asignadas,
Responsabilidades
- Realizar seguimiento a los equipos in house
- Gestión de la nomina y facturación de los trabajadores en misión
- Apoyo en requerimientos por parte de la usuaria y/o colaboradores
- Seguimiento del equipo de In house de SST y Bienestar
- Gestión en procesos de bienestar
- Solicitudes de viáticos
- Gestión y Entrega de dotación
Tu eres
- Profesional en carreras administrativas
- Minimo 5 año de experiencia liderando los procesos operativos y administrando el personal en las cuentas asignadas
- Experiencia en procesos de selección, contratación y administración de personal
- Excel Intermedio /Avanzado
- Disponibilidad presencial
