Job Description
Groundworks, the nation's leading foundation solutions company, is hiring a Co-Foreman to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona!
As a Co-Foreman, you'll work alongside the Foreman to lead a crew, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role with fast growth potential.

What You'll Do:
- Assist the Foreman in leading and motivating your crew
- Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for job sites
- Install foundation and waterproofing solutions
- Troubleshoot challenges and ensure quality work
- Deliver excellent service to homeowners
- Complete all required documentation accurately
What You Bring:
- Experience leading crews or small teams
- Basic construction or mechanical skills
- Strong communication & teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in crawl spaces
