- 1 yr Janitorial floor tech. experience
- Must have knowledge using and maintaining floor cleaning equipment - Burnisher, Side-by-Side, Carpet machine
- Must be able to lift and carry 50-75 pounds
- Must have valid DL
- Must provide own reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
