Now we’re looking for a Foreman who brings expertise, leadership, and drive to keep projects on track and teams performing at their best.What You’ll GetCompetitive Pay: $35–$42/hr base plus overtime and performance bonusesGreat Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with overtime potentialCompany Vehicle: Based on role and experienceTop-Tier Benefits Package:

- 7+ years of commercial electrical experience with proven leadership ability
- In-depth knowledge of NEC and commercial installations
- Ability to plan, organize, and supervise crews on job sites
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Lead crews in the installation, service, and maintenance of commercial electrical systems
- Plan and oversee workflow to keep projects safe, efficient, and on schedule
- Train, mentor, and motivate electricians and apprentices
- Communicate with GCs, project managers, and clients to ensure expectations are met
- Uphold Teague’s standards of safety, quality, and integrity on every project
