Job OverviewOur client is seeking a results-driven Commercial Glazing Salesman with experience in commercial glazing or related building materials. This role focuses on generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering accurate proposals for glazing projects. The ideal candidate excels at communication, negotiation, and guiding clients from initial inquiry through project close-out.
Position OverviewThe Commercial Glazing Salesman will identify new opportunities, build relationships with contractors and construction partners, and prepare competitive quotes and proposals. This position also supports project coordination by ensuring client expectations are clearly communicated and met during installation and execution.
Key Responsibilities • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the commercial glazing market • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and building owners • Prepare quotes, proposals, and estimates for glazing projects • Present product solutions based on project needs and technical requirements • Negotiate pricing, terms, and scopes to secure new contracts • Collaborate with project management and installation teams • Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, proposals, and follow-ups
Requirements
• Proven experience in commercial glazing sales or related building materials
• Strong understanding of glazing systems, products, and installation processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
