- Consult with local businesses to understand their insurance needs
- Recommend tailored commercial insurance products and solutions
- Build and manage a portfolio of business clients
- Provide outstanding service, support, and renewal management
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and servicing
- Stay informed on market trends and product offerings
- 3+ years in sales or business development (insurance experience is NOT required)
- Strong people skills—you build relationships easily
- Organized, resourceful, and self-motivated—you know how to drive your own results
- Interested in a long-term career—not just another sales job
- Willing to obtain your Tennessee Property & Casualty License (we’ll help you get there)
- Base Salary + Unlimited Commission(Get paid during training, then transition to uncapped earnings on both new business and renewals.)
