Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to identify insurance needs
- Prospect, quote, and close new business opportunities
- Provide professional guidance and tailored coverage solutions
- Meet sales goals and contribute to agency growth
- Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to develop new business relationships
- Base + Commission on new business and renewals - plus the opportunity to grow your own book of business over the years.
