Role SummaryWe’re seeking a Commercial Lead to accelerate revenue growth, oversee sales and marketing, and strengthen our partner network. This role is fully remote and ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth: Build and execute national sales strategies to expand accounts and achieve revenue targets.Lead the Team: Coach and mentor sales and marketing teams through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.Own the Market: Manage 700+ active client accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.Expand Partnerships: Develop relationships with reps, distributors, and designers to grow brand visibility and project adoption.Guide Marketing: Partner with external vendors to execute lead-generation campaigns aligned with company goals.Support Product Launches: Collaborate with product management to ensure market-ready rollouts that meet customer needs.Represent GLLS: Attend industry events (virtually or in person) to promote the brand and stay informed on market trends.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus) 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in lighting, design, or technology Proven success leading remote teams and exceeding revenue goals Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Comfort working across marketing, sales, and product functions Proficiency with CRM tools (Dynamics 365 preferred)Why GLLS?
